Campus Partners

Although the Morgridge Center for Public Service is a great facilitator of campus and community connections, there are other direct connections that you can make to campus as well that may fit your agency's mission or needs.

Community Services Committee is a student run committee housed at the Morgridge Center. Students plan and implement a variety of activities that serve the Madison community through educational programs highlighting important social issues and direct service projects that address community needs. Residence Halls–The Morgridge Center has a partnership with University Housing which helps to connect residents with specific community agencies. If you are interested in a year long partnership with a residence hall or have a special event, please email us and we will pass your information along.

Student Organizations are very popular at the UW-Madison with over 700 registered on campus. If you have a specific volunteer need or project that you think a specific student organization would be interested in, you should contact them directly. A list of registered student orgs and their contact information is available at soo.studentorg.wisc.edu.

Faculty Members-We have a listserv that is sent to faculty interested or currently utilizing service-learning. If you have a specific idea for a service-learning project, we can distribute it for you to these faculty. However, we also encourage you to contact a faculty member directly if you have a relationship with them or other connections on campus.
