Morgridge Match Grant Program

The Morgridge Match Grant Program was established in 2009 to encourage the growth and development of academic community engagement at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. The program was funded for five years, with six application cycles. The final applications were accepted spring 2014.

A total of $1.8 million was awarded to 54 engaged scholarship projects.

How it Works

The Morgridge Center for Public Service matched up to 50% of any non-101 funding (up to $50,000 per project), including new awards to existing projects. Awards were determined each cycle following a competitive grant review project.
