The Ira and Ineva Reilly Baldwin Wisconsin Idea Endowment grant program is open to UW-Madison faculty, staff and students and is designed to foster public engagement and advance the Wisconsin Idea. The competitive grant program accepts proposals on an annual basis and is administered by the Office of the Provost.
