Xai oversees communications, marketing, promotions, design and branding at the Morgridge Center. His work encompasses both traditional and new media, interacting with students, faculty and community members.
He has worked for a variety of units on the UW–Madison campus including the Center for Educational Opportunity, Summer Collegiate Experience (SCE) and UW–Extension FoodWIse.
Xai is a board member of Our Scholarship Inc., a nonprofit that aims to increase access to higher education through community-funded scholarships for Southeast Asian students in Wisconsin. Throughout his career, he has devoted his time and efforts to support students from first-generation and low-income backgrounds in pursuing higher education.
Xai received his bachelor’s degree in life sciences communication and a certificate in digital studies from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
