Advisory Board

The board will be convened by the director biannually.

The Board of Advisors is comprised of representatives from all of the following constituencies: nonprofits (large and small), public, private sectors in Madison, and UW–Madison community (undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, and staff).

The Board of Advisors serve in an advisory capacity for the director and to the Morgridge Center for Public Service. This board provides insights and counsel to the Morgridge Center staff to achieve the center’s mission and vision, and to support the center as it continually strives for excellence as a national model.

The term limit will be two consecutive three-year terms. Several members will have unlimited terms: Tashia Morgridge, Mary Rouse (founding Director), Dean of Students, Vice Provost for Teaching and Learning, and the Director of Office of Community Relations.

Board members may be asked to join one or more subcommittees in addition to attending board meetings. Subcommittees will be decided on by the board in consultation with the Morgridge Center staff.
