The Public Service Fair, hosted in the fall and in the spring, is an opportunity for local area nonprofits engaged in social impact and public service work to connect with UW–Madison students. Organizations are encouraged to share volunteer, internship and service year opportunities as ways for students to get involved.
When: Monday, Sept. 18, 2023
Time: 3-6pm (CST) Organizations can arrive and start setting up at 1pm
Where: Gordon Dining & Events Center
This event is presented by the Morgridge Center for Public Service, School of Human Ecology, and SuccessWorks at the College of Letters and Science.
If you are interested in getting connected and involved in the local community or you are exploring a career in the service/nonprofit sectors, this is the event for you.
You do not need to dress up or have your resume ready for this fair; please come to explore ways to get involved, build skills, and learn about activities happening in your local community.
This in-person event takes place (stop by anytime during the event) at the Gordon Dining & Event Center and is open to current UW–Madison students and recent alumni with a registered Handshake profile.
Students can access information about the organizations that will be in attendance here.
