Community-based Research
Community-based research (CBR) is an approach to research where community members, organizations and academics actively collaborate to support various aspects of the research process, such as study design, participant recruitment, or dissemination. CBR is intended to help support community-identified needs and generate knowledge that is useful in shaping social change.
