Connecting campus and community to boost job services in Madison

In spring 2014, UW-Madison business student Silun Li was awarded a Wisconsin Idea Fellowship from the Morgridge Center for Public Service to help support job preparation services at the Lussier Community Education Center on Madison’s west side.

Silun has volunteered with the Lussier Center since her sophomore year, supporting the BEATS program. In April 2015, with support from the Fellowship, the Lussier Center hosted a community job fair.
